guess i'm ageing prematurely...
my ankle's taking too long a time to recover...
my back hurts like nuts and i need pain killer to keep it in control...
after sitting for too long i tried standing all...but my back was completely weak and poof my butt dropped my down on the chair and i was feeling dizzy...safe me man...
guess its all the reluctance to go back to GOH all slowly sipping out of my body eh?
has not jog for erm 4 days?
due to the bad back and partly was in camp the past 3...
damn sucky to see that every time i'm nearing full recovery something just struck me...
ankle sprained more than 2 months ago...
2 to 3 weeks latr fever struck...fitness dropped like shit...
just when i'm nearing and even clocked a personal best 2.4km my back gave way...
live's really a roller coaster...hope i recover fast la...if not i cant take IPPT!
